Our adult ballet classes at  MTPAS are fun and friendly ballet classes sutiable for all levels. We follow a traditional ballet class structure comprising of barre work, centre practise and repertoire (a dance).

Our adult classes are fun and relaxed making it a great place to socialise whilst improving your mobility, posture, and coordination as well as mental well being and stress relief. 

The class is designed with adaptions made depending on our students' capabilities, making it ideal for all levels of experience, ages and physical abilities.

Classes will run on Mondays 7.15pm-8pm MTPAS Studios Stony Stratford.

Classes are £42* for 6 sessions (Online transaction fee of £1.30 will be added) Next 6 week block starts  Jan 2026
 
Single Classes are available for £10
