Classes at MTPAS
Providing everything an aspiring young performer needs!
At MTPAS, we do things a little different! Our students are divided into Capsules of similar age. Whilst our dance classes do have the opportunity to take exams, our sole focus is to teach our students to dance, sing and act and we find this works best amongst their peers and like minded children.
For children over the age of 11 years, application is by audition only.
Baby and Toddler Classes
New to MTPAS- Tiddlywinks
Welcoming babies and toddlers, walkers to 3 years to our Boogie Babies Music and Dance class. Lots of fun for our youngest members and their guardians.
Classes will run on Wednesdays 12pm-12:45pm at MTPAS Studios in Stony Stratford
Capsule A 3-4 Years
Our Capsule A classes focus on introducing basic dance movements and fostering a love for dance in a fun and engaging environment for children aged 3-5 years.
Capsule B 5-7 Years
By 5 years old, we offer four classes for our Capsule B students. A perfect time to add on an after school activity in the arts. These classes are fun and exciting for children and a great class to improve coordination, balance, concentration and confidence.

Capsule C 7-8 Years
By 7 years old we offer performing arts classes alongside our dance classes. Giving students the opportunity to add on Musical Theatre classes to their schedules developing their confidence even further.

By the time our students reach Capsule D, they are able to expand their versatility across different dance styles and musical theatre genres.

Capsule E 11-12 Years
This is our last intake of dancers without audition and we now begin to include some invite only classes*. Emphasis now moves to excellence and we focus on commitment, teamwork, sportsmanship and creativity all whilst keeping the fun and excitement growing.
Capsule F,G+H 12+ Years
MTPAS prides itself in an all round training to a level of excellence which is nurtured and grown throughout a performers journey at MTPAS. For that reason we only accept new students aged 11+ upwards in to our advanced and pre professional classes via audition.

Adult Ballet
Our adult ballet classes at MTPAS are fun and friendly ballet classes suitable for all levels. We follow a traditional ballet class structure comprising of barre work, centre practise and repertoire (a dance).

Our adult classes are fun and relaxed making it a great place to socialise whilst improving your mobility, posture and coordination as well as mental well being and stress relief.

The class is designed with adaptations made depending on our students capabilities, making it ideal for all levels of experience, ages and physical abilities.
Classes will run on Mondays 7.15pm-8pm at MTPAS Studios in
Adult Tap
Our adult tap classes at MTPAS are fun and friendly tap classes suitable for all levels.

Our adult classes are fun and relaxed making it a great place to socialise whilst improving your fitness and coordination as well as benefiting mental well being and stress relief.

The class is designed with adaptations made depending on our students capabilities, making it ideal for all levels of experience, ages and physical abilities.
Classes will run on Tuesdays 7.30pm-8.15pm at MTPAS Studios
